Great Dane Trailers Facility Single story trailer parts and maintenance facility with a GFA of 55,900 SF, with an additional office area of 4,200 SF, constructed under a design/build contract. As the owner's representative we prepared RFP's for building process and reviewed and analyzed bids for contractor selection. We assisted the Owner during the design and construction stages and with the close-out of the contract. |
