Project: Service:	The Lakes Apartments Schaumburg, Illinois Owner's representation services during the renovation of two-three story garden style apartment buildings consisting of 428 multifamily units, two clubhouses, two swimming pools, recreation facility and fitness club.

Project: Service:	High End Residence Chicago, Illinois Remodeling of existing 10,000 SF penthouse apartment for a luxury residence, including landscaped roof garden and reflecting pool. Assisted the owner through all the stages of the renovation project from contractor selection to punch list and close-out.

Project: Service:	Stoneridge Apartment New Albany, Indiana A 17 building, 386 unit apartment complete with clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool. As the owner's representative we coordinated the bidding phases and supervised the exterior renovation projects for new roofing, siding and AC unit replacement. Total project value $1.8 Million.
